For parking, we offer discounted parking tickets for Q-Park Waterlooplein (a 10-minute walk) and De Bijenkorf (a 5-minute walk). Prefer parking closer by? Parking garage Rokin is only a 1-minute walk from TOBACCO. However, we do not have parking tickets available for this garage.

Additionally, several Park and Ride (P+R) locations are situated around the city center:

• P+R Noord – Metro 52 to Rokin station, a 1-minute walk from TOBACCO.
• P+R RAI – Metro 52 to Rokin station, a 1-minute walk from TOBACCO.
• P+R Zeeburg – Tram 26 to Central Station, then a 10-minute walk to TOBACCO.

P+R Rates:

• Weekdays before 10:00 AM: €8.00 for the first 24 hours, then €1.00 per additional 24 hours.
• Weekdays after 10:00 AM: €1.00 per 24 hours.
• Weekends: €1.00 per 24 hours

Tram: Take tram 4 or 14 from Amsterdam Central Station and get off at the “Rokin” stop. From there, TOBACCO is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Metro: The North/South line (Metro 52) takes you directly to the “Rokin” stop. Whether you board at Amsterdam Noord, Amsterdam Central, RAI, or Station Zuid, you’ll reach TOBACCO in no time.

When you organize an event with us, the entire building is exclusively at your disposal. In some cases, it is also possible to rent a single individual space.

Yes, people with disabilities can access the theater through a dedicated entrance. Our elevator provides access to all areas except the balcony. There is also an accessible restroom on the ground floor. Please inform us in advance by sending an email to info@tobacco.nl.

Yes, that is allowed. However, a TOBACCO location manager must always be present during an event or its setup and breakdown.

No. Loading and unloading are only allowed through the main entrance at the front. Please note the permitted times are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If loading and unloading are required outside these hours, this can be arranged upon request.

Both the Theater Hall and The Studio are equipped with an air conditioning system.

Absolutely! TOBACCO is an official wedding venue in Amsterdam where couples can exchange their vows for better or for worse.

In TOBACCO, the sound limit is a maximum of 93 dB until 11:00 PM, and 90 dB thereafter.
